Andrew O'Shea has been involved with English Language Teaching (ELT) as a teacher, administrator and publisher for over 20 years. After receiving an MA/TESOL at San Francisco State University, Andrew lived and worked in Istanbul where he taught intensive English to university students and oversaw the assessment program, fostering an interest in test design and construction. Since 2004, he has worked in ELT publishing and is currently the regional sales manager for National Geographic Learning.
